By purchasing our colour-matched paint, you acknowledge and accept that an exact match cannot be guaranteed.

Variations may occur due to factors including the age and condition of your vehicle’s existing paintwork, previous repairs or resprays, application technique and finish, and manufacturer colour variations.

Vehicle paint can differ between production runs, manufacturing plants, and over time, meaning the supplied paint may not exactly match your vehicle.

By proceeding with your purchase, you accept these risks and agree that we shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from colour variation or mismatch.

Returns & Refunds

All colour-matched touch-up paint, aerosols and tinned paint are mixed to order and are therefore excluded from our standard returns policy. Returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged on arrival.

Each bottle is mixed to order using your vehicle’s paint code to provide the best possible colour match, complete with a built-in 3mm brush head for smooth, controlled touch-ups.

For deep scratches, chips or scuffs where bare metal or plastic is visible, we recommend applying our High Build Etch Primer first. If rust is present, use Rust Convertor before applying paint/primer.

How to use our Touch-Up Bottles

Preparation

Step 1: Prepare the damaged area

For deep scratches, chips or scuffs where bare metal or plastic is visible, we recommend applying our High Build Etch Primer first. If rust is present, use Rust Convertor before applying paint.

Remove any dust, wax or polish from the damaged area, and ensure that it's clean and dry.

Mixing

Step 2: Mix & Colour Check

Shake the bottle thoroughly for at least 3 minutes before use to ensure the paint is properly mixed. For metallic colours, it is normal for the contents to separate in the bottle, so extra shaking may be required.

We recommend testing the paint on a small, inconspicuous area first and allowing it to dry for at least 10 minutes to check the colour match. Please note that paint may look different in the bottle, when first applied, or if not applied correctly.

Application

Step 3: Apply the paint

Apply the paint in thin, even layers using smooth strokes, ensuring that you're only applying paint to the scratch/chip.

Avoid applying paint over undamaged surrounding paintwork, as this can affect the final colour appearance and make the repair more noticeable. Allow each coat to dry for up to 30 minutes before applying additional layers.

Once the final coat has been applied, leave the paint to fully cure for at least 1 hour before applying clear lacquer.
