Shipping & Collection

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm on the same working day, providing you with next working day delivery (in England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and parts of Scotland). If for any reason we are unable to complete your order, you will be contacted and offered a back order or refund.

We use DPD Local for all orders that require shipping. If you're not at home to take your delivery, DPD will leave your parcel in a safe space (designated by you), or with a neighbour. 

If DPD are unable to deliver an order after 3 attempts, it will be returned to us. The customer must pay an additional shipping fee if they wish for the order to be re-sent, or the order can be refunded (minus the original shipping costs).

Please note that all orders received on the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day, for delivery the following working day.

Delivery charges

We offer the following delivery options:

England, Wales and Scotland (excluding the Highlands and Islands)

• Free next working day delivery - For orders over £75 (inc. VAT), 30kg max weight
• £6.95 (inc. VAT) next working day delivery - For orders under £75 (inc. VAT), 30kg max weight

Isle of Wight

• £13.95 (inc. VAT) next working day delivery - 10kg max weight

Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands and Islands

• £15.95 (inc. VAT) 2-5 day delivery - 10kg max weight

Delivery restrictions

We are unable to ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. We are also unable to deliver to PO boxes.

Order tracking

DPD offer order tracking and will provide you with a 1 hour delivery window. Your order tracking number will be provided via email, and can also be found in the orders page inside your customer account. 

Click & collect

We aim to have all collections ready within 2 hours of your order being placed, however this may not be possible during busy periods.

We will send you a confirmation email when your order is ready to collect. Please do not travel to our shop until you have received a confirmation email, as your order will not be ready.

Orders can be collected from our Hereford shop, on weekdays between 9am-5:30pm:

You must provide proof of ID (either the payment card or photographic ID) when collecting your order. If somebody is collecting an order on your behalf, they will need to provide their own proof of ID, along with the order number.

If your order is not collected within 10 days, we may return your items to stock.
